What I found on your Photo Book Necklace page

  1. One upload, six pages. The description says "Personalize six tiny pages with your favorite photos," but the form takes one photo. A shopper planning six photos stops here, or buys and then wonders what goes on the other five.
  2. A Spanish label. "Seleccionar una fuente para Multi Line Text" appears above the font picker. It reads as a glitch on a gift you're trusting with Mom's photo.
  3. The example message looks filled in. "Thanks for being the best, with love -Joshua" sits in the box in the same font as real text.
  4. Add to Cart is about 1,500 pixels down on an iPhone, under the upload, message, font, color and quantity.

Before any of this, I'd confirm your under-3% cart-to-purchase number in Shopify Analytics. If it holds, items 1 and 4 are where I'd look first, because they happen right before the cart.
